Pet Fees: Pet fees will apply to cover cleaning and potential damages.
Reservation Length: To simplify the fee structure, we’ve established a range based on your reservation length. Here’s how it works:
- For 1-night reservations, the pet fee is $50.
- For 2-3 night reservations, the pet fee is $75.
- For 4-7 night reservations, the pet fee is $100.
Damage Fees: Please note that additional fees may apply if there is any damage caused by your pets during your stay. These fees can range from $50 to $500, depending on the extent of any necessary cleaning or repairs.
Service Animals: Service animals are exempt from pet fees, as they are protected by the Americans with Disabilities Act. However, Service animals are subject to damage fees.
Emotional Support Animals: Emotional support animals are not considered service animals, and are not exempt from pet fees, cleaning, or damage fees.
